  We are happy to present you a new single origin espresso coffee. This coffee is wonderfully sweet and creamy. We bought this coffee in collaboration with Republica coffee traders. Who is a young and dynamic coffee importer from El Salvador. They have a concern for farmers, an impeccable work ethic and make sure to find coffees from El Salvador that are just as delicious.
  
  For this coffee we find aromas of wild flowers and blackberries! The taste is silky and sweet. It reminds us of white chocolate. An ideal coffee for espresso or for beverages with milk.
  
  This coffee is roasted for espresso-based beverages, we particularly like this coffee for its roundness and complexity. Even if the acidity of this coffee is very low, it remains very expressive in the cup. For coffee lovers with a lot of body, it is just as good in filter coffee.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   For espresso we recommend:  18 grams of coffee in the filter holder for 35 grams of liquid coffee in 25 seconds.
