Can I see a preview before putting in production?
Yes, we will email you a proof of design within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. We will not proceed to engraving if you are not 100% happy with the design.
Can you remove the background in the picture?
Yes, we can remove the background and the additional elements you don’t want to show in the engraving.
What kind of format do you accept?
We accept most kinds of formats including .jpg, .ai, .pdf and .png. You can email your .psd, or .ai files to email@example.com with your order number in the subject line.
What if I don’t like the proof?
You can send another graphic or photo to receive a new proof. We will not engrave your order until you are 100% happy with the design.
What kind of requirements do you have for the photo?
We do not have any requirements for the photo quality, no matter if it is dark or low resolution. Our designers are here to help perfect your design.
How long does it takes?
Our production time is normally 1-3 business days.
Does LAMOSE offer complimentary shipping?
Yes! LAMOSE offers complimentary shipping to all North American orders for all orders $65CAD+
What is international shipping rate?
LAMOSE offers $25CAD for standard international shipping and $50 for expedited intertinal shipping. Both options will have tracking.
When will my order ship?
We process design daily and and ship all orders Monday through Friday, with the exception of Canada and US holidays. Orders with standard shipping are typically fulfilled and shipped on the business day following your approval. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Where do you ship from and how long will it take for my order to arrive?
An order typically arrives within 3-5 business days from fulfillment.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
For custom orders, once the desing is approved and begin produciton, we are unable to modify your order. We may, however, be able to cancel your order. Please email us as soon as possible after placing your order with your full name, order number and the subject line “Cancellation.” We’ll do our best to accommodate you!
What is your return policy?
We’re sorry that you didn’t love your LAMOSE products, that is is why we’re here to help. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days upon receipt of your products with your name, order number, the name of the product(s) and the reason(s) why they didn’t work for you and we’ll be happy to refund you in full to your original method of payment. Please note:
1) The personalized products are final sale
2) We will only accept not used product
3) We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return
4) We are unable to refund your original shipping charges. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
My LAMOSE products were damaged in transit!
